How do I know how much I saved?

On your receipt we will put your total of savings. This will vary depending on sales and coupons available on the items you request.

Can I cancel my order or switch the day of delivery?

We understand that things do come up. All orders can be cancelled or changed 24 hours prior to delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.

Do you take expedited orders ?

There will be a $25.00 fee on all expedited orders. Please call us if you need a expedited order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you take special requests such as gluten free, organic, and local?

Stacey’s Grocery Services shops at whole foods. We have also teamed up with many local vendors to get you fresh, local, and organic products. Make sure you put ANY special dietary needs in the comment section of that product.

Are there days that you can not deliver liquor?

Utah State Liquor Stores are closed on Sundays and holidays.

What days and times do you deliver?

Our service is available 7 days a week throughout the year. We deliver between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. If you need your order delivered at a different time, please call us at 801-577-5005 and we will make the proper arrangements to accommodate you.

What forms of payment do you take and when am I charged?

A deposit is required prior to shopping.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. We do not accept checks.
